Sow Soulful
Conversations rooted in growth, healing, and purpose.
Inspired by the lessons found in gardens and everyday life.
Roots are the foundation of growth — in plants and in life.
A quiet space for reflection, growth, and becoming. Through personal stories, nature metaphors, and faith-rooted insight, each episode invites you to slow down, listen inward, and tend to what's being planted beneath the surface. Come sit, reflect, and keep growing.
I'm Carol Brown.
Sow Soulful was born from my love of gardening, storytelling, healing, and the quiet lessons life teaches us through every season.
Over the years, the garden has taught me that growing a garden and growing through life are not all that different. Both require patience. Both require care. And both need to be nurtured — especially during seasons when nothing seems to be blooming yet.
This space is a reflection of the seeds I hope to sow into my community and into the hearts of people who may be walking through uncertain seasons of their own. It's a place for soulful conversations about life, growth, healing, faith, family, purpose, and the beauty that can still emerge after hard seasons.
Some of the greatest lessons I've learned didn't come during harvest seasons. They came through drought, disappointment, waiting, and learning how to trust growth I could not yet see.
What I've gathered through my own journey, I hope to plant here for others.
So whether you came for the garden, the stories, the encouragement, or simply a quiet place to breathe for a moment…
Come grow with me.
